What is a Foot Care Nurse
Our foot care nurse is a registered nurse with specialised training in foot health. She provides high-quality, non-complex foot care under the guidance and support of our podiatrists. If you don’t need to see a podiatrist for every visit, our foot care nurse can provide the professional, preventative care your feet need. She’s your trusted clinician for maintaining healthy, comfortable feet between podiatry appointments.
What Can a Foot Care Nurse Do?
Our Foot Care Nurse is trained in a range of treatments and services, including:
- Routine nail care and callus reduction
- Wound dressing and foot health monitoring
- Orthotic and footwear fitting support
- Foot and lower leg massage
- General foot health education and advice
- Diabetic foot assessments
Her role may vary depending on your needs, but she always works closely with our podiatrists to ensure you receive the best possible care.
Monday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
