Meet the Team

Erina Te Moananui

-Podiatrist. Director
Erina graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Podiatry from the Central Institute of Technology (CIT) in Upper Hutt in 1997. As the owner of Podiatry Place, Erina brings with her a wealth of experience and a broad and diverse understanding of podiatric care gained from practicing in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.
Erina takes a holistic approach to diagnosing and managing foot conditions, focusing on optimising function and enhancing mobility. Through in-depth assessments, she can develop personalised treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient. She believes that understanding one’s foot health and how it influences overall function is essential to maintaining long-term well-being.
With a special interest in foot function and posture, Erina works with individuals to prevent injury, improve performance, and ensure recovery by focusing on posture, gait, and biomechanics. Her approach is centred on ensuring that every patient achieves their best functional potential, whether for athletic pursuits or everyday activities.
As a member of Podiatry New Zealand, Erina is committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in podiatric care to provide the highest quality treatment to her patients. She recognizes the importance of ongoing professional development to enhance her practice.
Outside of her clinical work, Erina enjoys gardening and staying active. She values spending quality time with family and friends and enjoys relaxing with a good movie.

Dianne MacDonald

-Foot Care Nurse
Dianne is a Registered Nurse who graduated from NMIT in 2005.  She has dedicated over 20 years to nursing in the Nelson Community, working in a multi-disciplinary environment within Maori health. 
Her passion for footcare drives her commitment to educating patients, helping them maintain or improve their mobility, and encouraging ongoing skin and nail health for holistic wellbeing.
Dianne is a member of the New Zealand Nurses Organisation and prioritizes maintaining professional practice, ongoing development, and personal growth within her nursing career.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, Pilates/yoga, gardening, and staying active with family and friends throughout the beautiful Nelson region.
